Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca Hosts

STRIDER Adventure Zone & Racing July 19-21

Rapid City, SD (July 8, 2013) - Strider Sports Intl., Inc., the world's premier manufacturer and marketer of children's no-pedal balance bikes, will host a free STRIDER Adventure Zone and STRIDER Racing at Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca July 19th through 21st 2013, 1021 Monterey-Salinas Highway, Salinas, CA 93908.

This year, for even greater toddler participation, Strider Bikes will be hosting two Adventure Zones at the Mazda Raceway.

One STRIDER® Adventure Zone will feature STRIDER Racing in the Yamaha Marketplace all three days: July 19, 20 & 21 (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday). Races will be held at 11am and 2pm on Friday and Saturday. Sunday racing will be at 11am only. Racers can come and participate at any or all of these races for the 2, 3, 4 and 5-year-old age groups.

Another STRIDER Adventure Zone for young racers will be held on Ducati Island on a custom designed track. No registration is needed for either. Simply bring your child and his/her STRIDER bike, or you can borrow one (based on availability) and be ready to have some racing fun!

Both STRIDER Adventure Zones will be open throughout the weekend, so toddlers 18 months to 5 years can have a chance to test ride a STRIDER, play with other kids, and develop balance and coordination in a STRIDER designed area. This safe and friendly environment encourages kids to explore mobility on two wheels and experience the challenge and thrill of riding a STRIDER on unique terrains and obstacles.

STRIDER bikes and helmets will be provided, and long sleeve shirts and pants are recommended for both the Adventure Zone and the STRIDER Racing.

Boasting the largest spectator attendance of any race held at Mazda Raceway, the Red Bull United States Grand Prix, featuring the MotoGP World Championship, returns to Monterey for its ninth consecutive year.
